Apply to enroll your institution.

One annual license provides access for all trustees and staff at your institution for twelve months. To enroll, please provide information about your institution, designate an administrator, and submit your sales tax exemption certificate (e.g. Massachusetts Form ST-5 and ST-2). A TBC administrator will review your application before requesting payment - no payment is required at this time.

What this license covers

One license, your whole staff. The purchasing institution may issue access to any of its trustees throughout the 12-month term — there is no per-trustee cap unless a specific cap has been negotiated for your institution.
Trustees are added by emailed access link. Your administrator sends invitations from the institution dashboard; each trustee receives a one-time link to claim their seat and begin training.
Three fiduciary training modules (Three hours total) with downloadable slide decks, full searchable transcripts, and embedded knowledge checks.
Completion confirmations emailed to each trustee when they finish, with a roster export filed to the institution’s board office.
Admin dashboardtracks which trustees have started, who has finished, who is overdue, and can add additional administrators (e.g, a co-secretary) at any time.
